Why do imported files change from iso-8859-1 to UTF-8?
Why do imported files change from iso-8859-1 to UTF-8?
I am trying to import an iso-8859-1 file but it automatically changes to UTF-8 and I get only question marks instead of Norwegian characters æ, ø and å. How to preserve iso-8859-1?
