I understand that validation rules are pretty important for companies which want to be certain operations are conducted in a proper way. It is a great addition to Zoho finance apps. But I just can not understand why this option is offered in some modules but in some others not.

Why it can not be implement to for example clients module? I does not make sense to not have it.
