why does zoho check contact email as it is loading up
Hello,
I'm knew to ZOHO. I have a personal account and so does my husband. We were looking for an alternative to gmail...something a little easier to use along the lines of Thunderbird.
When we signed up, we were asked for a "contact email". We gave our gmail account and got our confirmation email there. But we were going to close those accounts.
However, every time our Zoho mail loads up, it seems to be searching our old gmail account. What happens when we close those accounts. Is there any way of eliminating the contact email info from our account entirely?
Although, at this time, I am tempted to keep the gmail accounts until we see how Zoho pans out as we have both been having problems with Zoho...little things, but still not a promising start.
