Why does Zoho show me banner ads at the top of our CRM to all users?
I keep seeing banner ads at the top of CRM, today it was about "Why your CRM should be fully integrated, read our blog." It shows this to ALL my users not just admins which looks super unprofessional trying to pitch CRM features to basic users, especially considering I'm paying for an "Enterprise" product not sure why I'm being shown ads. We even had a user open a help desk ticket thinking they were supposed to be doing something. I did live chat and was told it's by design and cannot be disabled and that it's there to educate "all" my users on new CRM features so that I don't have to. Are there any work around's to this that anyone has?
