Why doesn't Zoho reply to support questions or answer forum questions????

Why doesn't Zoho reply to support questions or answer forum questions????

Over the past few months I have submitted NUMEROUS support tickets, posted on the forum and sent direct support emails to zoho - NOT ONE SINGLE REPLY to any of them.

I have had paid accounts with Zoho (several apps) for several years, and was always very impressed with the fast response from support, but the current complete lack of support or even response will prompt me to look for alternatives to Zoho

Has Zoho changed hands, because both your services and support have really gone down hill lately. Not happy.
