Why has it been 3 days without support for failed Mass Email and a failed EMail Relay?

3 days we have been waiting for this to be resolved. No Mass EMail and the EMail Relay fails.

AND we have received the EXACT SAME FORM LETTER REPLY with Zero solution.

What is happening there? Is ZOHO swirling the drain?

We have since had other modules stop working, i;e Blueprint disappeared.

Do we need to shop for an alternative CRM?

We cannot operate our business in this current unsupported ZOHO situation.
