I am trying to find out why & how to recover my Inbox Sub Folders?

I have lost them from H onwards, on my Desktop Zoho mail?

I have them all still there on my iPhone Zoho App?

Has anyone had this problem or know how to get them back?

Got important emails in those sub folders.

Tried emailing Zoho & they say they are all still there?
