why i can't add my domain?

When I try to add a domain (blabla.ga) from  https://mail.zoho.com/cpanel/index.do#domains/adddomain,
Its showing  This Operation has been restricted. Please contact support-as@zohocorp.com for further details

I use free plan and no  domain added.
