When i configurate my email in thunderbird i did not find the spam folder, i add the folder in the configuration. But i check the emails there and it is empty. 

I receive emails in inbox and i can send emails without problem that is the only problem that i have, i am using the POP service because when i tried to configurate IMAP it give me error. Thanks for your help
