Why i cant sign-in my email. I got Sign-in Code Verification send to phone. ?!

I encountered this problem when logging-in to my email. I never add any phone number to my personal information.

Are my e-mail account is blocked or compromised?

I would like to receive help from Zoho. Sincere thanks.
