Why I can't verify my email account? Please HELP

I created a Zoho email account 3 days ago and linked it to a domain that I owned. In the process I used an email address like one using my new domaine name.

During the set up process of connecting the account to my domaine, I received 2 emails from Zoho on my newly-created email address to verify my account within 30 days and my email address. I saw these emails 15 minutes after finishing the set up. In one of the emails I'm asked to activate my Zoho account by clinking a confirmation button. When clicking on it a new page pops up saying that the invitation URL has expired and gives instructions to request a new confirmation invitation in Profile->Email Address ->Resend confirmation email, but upon checking this option no resend confirmation email appears next to the newly created email address. In the second email I'm given a verification code to verify my email address but no link to use it. 

Would you please help to verify my account and email address? I need this urgently. I have already written an email to support@zohoaccounts.com 3 days ago and wrote a message in the email feedback section today. I got no response so far. Meanwhile, I can log in to my email account and as administrator in the control panel and I can send and receive emails.
