I just wanted to let Zoho Staff know that I love the way they have their email systems organized. However, I have been a gMail customer for a very long period of time. I left gMail (even forwarded all my emails over to Zoho, and left a vacation reminder telling everyone I switched to Zoho) to go to Zoho, however now have recently switched back to gMail because of the following reasons:

1. Zoho does not have IMAP support.

2. Zoho does not have a smartphone application (for iPhone, or Android) for Email (Not docs).

3. Very limited theme support, not very creative at all.

4. Some emails (from Apple off the top of my head that I remember) that were intense HTML types did not display links appropriately in the email.

I hope these problems are addressed, but for now I will have to go back to gMail even though I _hate_ how they are organized.
