It's funny that we can use rich text here in this post, but we can't use rich text to make organized and formatted notes in the CRM.
- Zoho Desk features Rich Text for ticket descriptions
- Zoho Qntrl features Rich Text for cards

- Zoho creator allows Rich Text fields on forms

- Zoho Projects has rich text too!
So why doesn't Zoho CRM allow users to take notes with rich text? Why force them to maintain unformatted notes? Professional firms need to be able to make notes that are:
- Organized
- Formatted
- Easy to read.
