I am trying to condense the Created Time in Zoho to only be the date, however, whenever I go to modules and contacts, and try to create a datepart formula it gives the following error:
We couldn't find one of the CRM fields in your link. Look at the field names between the brackets and make sure they're all spelled correctly.

I have tried near everything to try to fix it and I am completely stuck. Created time isn't acting as a field in Contacts, but it works on every other section, like Leads and Deals.
