I have established a list and created a sign up form associated with this list. When I test it using a test email account (gmail.com) I never receive the confirmation email to confirm the subscription. I can see in the stats that the form was accessed and submitted, but I never get the chance to confirm. What am I doing wrong?

Thank you for posting.

We understand that the confirmation email was not received to the email address using which you submitted the signup form.

In order to check the delivery status from our end, we request you to send an email with the signup form URL (You can get this by opening the signup form in Zoho Campaigns) and the email address used for submitting the signup form along with approximate time of submission to support[at]zohocampaigns[dot]com

We will check and provide further details regarding this.

I am having this same issue. Is there an answer for this? I have associated the form with a list and I have enabled sign up forms. I have tried using the default URL and the embedded code. Nothing seems to work.

We checked the Signup Form URL shared by you in a different forum post and found that your are using a Zoho Campaigns Signup form. We checked from our end and confirmed that we are receiving the Signup Confirmation emails. We shared the screenshot of the signup confirmation email which we received for your reference.



Kindly check for the signup confirmation email in all the folders of the particular mailbox including the spam/junk folder. If still you are unable to find the signup confirmation email then kindly email us at support[@]zohocampaigns.com with the email address which is used for signing up so that we can check and assist you further.

im having a similar issue, i can submit forms fine on desktop - when i test mobile on android or iphone it just goes to a blank page: http://zc.vg/7Nonq

Hello,

I am having the same problem. Email addresses within our domain are receiving the sign up form confirmation email. Emails from hotmail.co.uk or gmail are not receiving the sign up form confirmation email. They are not receiving it in their spam folders either. Can you please fix this?

1. Kindly share the URL of particular signup form.

2. Kindly share the email address of sample contacts which are used for signup.

3. Kindly share the signup date and time (approximate).
