Why is there no error code in Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender ?

Why is there no error code in Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender ?

Hi,

I am trying to send a mail to a customer, and I have receiving a bounce on it. However, there is no error code. Hence I cannot see why there is a bounce. How can I find details about the bounce?
