Why is WorkDrive so slow to display links for videos?

Why is WorkDrive so slow to display links for videos?

I am a very long time Dropbox user and today I started exploring WorkDrive from Zoho. 

My first test was to upload an MP4 video file and noticed that WorkDrive took at least 5 minutes [after the video finished syncing] to display the "Copy WorkDrive Link" contextual menu item.

With Dropbox this appears immediately even before it finishes uploading.

Why is WorkDrive so slow?
