Why is Zoho Preventing me from CANCELING my Subscription!!!????
So after 2 months of attempting to use the Zoho Meeting Paid Subscription - I decided to 'cancel' or DOWNGRADE TO FREE -- only to find that you folks have disabled the button to do this!!! (See attached Screenshot).
Totally Class-less Move!!!!
Just wanted to share this so other Customers thinking of Signing Up are aware of Zoho's practices as it relates to paying customers. Hopefully - this forum post won't be deleted or censored by Zoho.
