WHY IS ZOHO SO SLOW, OUT TEAM IS IN USA AND CANADA, MAJOR PROBLEMS

For the past week or two our users have been complaining about Zoho speed.  Email inbox not refreshing for 1 or more hours. 

Also typing an email and noticing that Zoho is trying to save the draft version and it just spins and spins without end.

Some time it will be 2 or 3 hours before the inbox refreshes.  This has been happening a lot in the past two weeks.  Out team members in Florida, Georgia and Canada are all experiencing  this.

Please Help.
