Why isn't an email considered an "activity?" Activity reports should be tasks, calls, meetings/events AND emails.
Activities are supposed to be "interactions" with the records. I'd think that an email is considered an interaction. Is there a way to see emails, calls and meetings in one place? Is there such thing as an activity feed that just shows all recent Zoho users actions (eg. Daniella made note on... Daniella called... Daniella sent email to... Daniella created task for... Daniella created contact...)
