I'm using a third party software to run my e-commerce.

When a client buys something, or do an specific action, this software sends automatic e-mails do my clients.

But it is often comum that my e-mails go to SPAM.

And I can't figure out why!

They use an Amazon server to send those e-mails (sorry if I'm not saying anything stupid).

Can someone please help me?!
