Why no support on Professional edition?

I've been on Enterprise for perhaps 2-3 years. With +- 11 users.

I downgraded to Professional to evaluate if this edition would suffice me, as the cost of Enterprise was growing too high for me.

Now - my Autoresponder - Thank you message does not fire. Not the workflow. The regular first time response.

And I can't even lodge a support ticket. No support even though I'm paying +- $400 pm. Very, very strange policy, Zoho.
