Why not build in Zoho Campaigns into CRM directly?
With CRM's new email template interface and overall interface, why doesn't Zoho just build Campaigns directly in CRM? Right now the integration between CRM/Campaigns is poor, plus Campaigns has an old UI. We already do enough mass mailing and autoresponders to have some sort of robust Campaigns app built in.
