Why remove create new or update feature

Hi Zoho, 

Im still trying to digest why you would remove the create new or update existing record feature from flows that send data to zoho recruit, this feature was the best feature Zoho Flow has and removing it has been a nightmare from the customers end, what happened did you forget about such an important feature in the last update?

Now that you are forcing us to use the fetch feature and decisions to decide wether to update an existing or create a new record, can you please tell me what field goes in the record id field, see screenshot attached
