While I appreciate the free email service, free mail service shouldn't mean "broken" service.
I've emailed support 3 times and have already emailed support screenshots of my DNS management page for manual verification. I've yet to hear back from ZOHO. I'd like to order business cards and move forward with establishing my business, but can't until this email domain hosting issue is resolved.
ZOHO, please help!
