Why won't LEADS created within iPhone App populate to browser-CRM and iPad?

Why won't LEADS created within iPhone App populate to browser-CRM and iPad?

I am a (new) paid professional subscriber. I created some leads on the browser CRM and they have populated to the iPad and iPhone apps. However, this morning I created a new lead on the iPhone App, but it is not syncing with the browser or iPad. That is, the new lead I created is not appearing anywhere else except for the iPhone App.

Please help.
