Why Zoho is bad for business
I have a international Software company and for some reason my IT decided to use system to Zoho instead of a real professional company like Google or Microsoft for our email system.
Couple of days ago my account was blocked by Zoho due to the size of my mailbox. I never had this issue with any cloud provider but then I found out that Zoho is more a sub prime email provider for companies who don't want to spend money on there technology.
After spending lots of time archiving and deleting my emails my account was still blocked so I sent a email to the support and got my IT to follow up. I was still not getting email and people started to call me as we could not get very important emails.
A day later I got a message from Zoho telling me we have unblocked your account but you need to upgrade your account to prevent this issue to happen again.
MY ACCOUNT IS STILL BLOCKED TODAY and I have missed many important emails.
My suggestion:
To Zoho Clients:
Don't use this bunch of new comers.
To Zoho:
Reconsider you line of business. Start to sell sandwiches or hamburgers. definitely you are in the wrong business. Do something simpler then technology. Technology requires real professionals.
