wiki - file structure

Just discovered ZVO - Brilliant.
(I've never used a wiki before)
I have a website I maintain to document training material and announcements for our small group of staff. With all the email functions etc in Zoho I'm thinking of converting, it seems possibly the Wiki section could be used to replace my current Intrasite but it doesn't seem like exactly what I'm looking for...
It seeems you create folders (add wiki) and create html pages within each folder? When I view folders each page is a downloadable document rather than just a viewable one? WHen I'm in wiki view it seems theres on y 1 page per folder? Ultimately it'd be ideal if it appeared just the same as Windows Explorer. Click on a folder to expand it, click on a page within a folder on the left to view the contents of the page on the right.
Is this do-able? Am I missing something?
Maybe I'm totally barking up the wrong tree.
Can anyone enlighten me?
