Wildcards, Environment Varaibales for Macros and Tasks... and Outlook/Gmail

We have Macros, great, I create 'Call Later' which we use to continue trying to reach someone. This works fine while working in Zoho CRM Web.

But the created tasks have an empty body and a generic subject i.e. 'Call later''. This means once the task is synced to Outlook it becomes meaningless.

We need wildcards, environment varaibales, similra to the fields available in link lists, to create task with better information in subject an body.

Especially we would need a ${CONTACTURL} or ${LEADURL} to open the contact or lead.

PS: The concept itself of a Call should be closer to a Task. Create a call as a Task, and continuously push it forward when not reaching. Or create with an upcoming Call also a Task linked in the background of CRM, so the tracking of it is realized by the task. By this I wouldn't need a 'Call Later' macro.

Nevertheless, the variables feature is needed now or later ;-)
