Will a periodic time-based workflow trigger the same actions in a row?
I want to set up a monthly reporting mail with the time-based workflows. In this scenario it's possible that the same contact would receive the same mail 3 months in a row, then being excluded by not-matching the criteria for one month and then receive the same mail 10 months in a row.
Is it possible to realize this with the time-based workflow, or is the fact that this contact matches the condition with same-value criteria from last month and received the mail last month a reason for not sending the same mail again?
