Will my domain still point to my site after signing up for Zoho's free email?

Hello All,

I have the domain esotericvision.com.  I have the registrar pointing my the domain to my site esotericvision.com with zenfolio. I have just used the text method to verify that I do own the domain. If I use the free email, will it change where the domain is pointed. I want to keep it pointed at my site. Is there anything I should be aware of in working through this process?
