Will Phone Bridge Log calls automatically in CRM?

Will Phone Bridge Log calls automatically in CRM?

Will zoho automatically log that a call has come in to the contact's record? or do you need to manually click log call during the call..

I would like to have it automatically logged.. Would also be nice that is a call was missed by the contact that could be logged too... Meaning the contact called in but no one answered or the call was sent to voicemail.
 
Is phonebridge capable or this or is there a workaround or can I hired a programmer to make it do this?
