I am in the process of setting up our Zoho account. There are a few things Im not figuring out how to do, so now Im wondering if these are even possible to do with Zoho.
1.) Create a proposal to attach to a potential (we don't use specified products)
2.) After we complete a job I create a "generated" proposal set for a certain date. Every month I run a report to see who I need to send postcards to for reminders that they need new services. My report needs to show the name, date of last service, what services we provided and the cost of the previous job.
We are using Zoho for our Tree Service company...I am now second guessing my choice in Zoho, no fault to them, just trying to figure out if Zoho is right for what we are trying to accomplish.
