Window behavior in mail client

The mail applications sometimes displays strange behavior. See the picture i've attached (composing a message). Some of the header fields (in the example the "To"-field) disappear behind the top frame, and there's no way to make them re-appear because there's no scroll bar. The only available scroll bar scrolls the message window.
