Hello!

After upgrade to WIndows 10 and install the Zoho Docs Sync agent, it worked fine but the overlay over the icons of the synced folder did not appear. 

I tried to uninstall and reinstall the software, but still the icon overlay did not appear.

After a quick search in Google, I found in  Windows 10, curiously, it is required to add the sync agent to the Windows Firewall in order to show the overlay over the synced folders. I found the solution for Google Docs, written by Tyler M, but it also applies and works for Zoho Docs. 

The adapted steps for Zoho Docs are:  

1.  Click the 'Start' button and search 'Windows Firewall'

2.  Select the option to "Allow an app through Windows Firewall"

3.  At the top of the window, select the button to "Change settings".  You'll need an admin account to do this.

4.  Select the button below the list of allowed apps titled "Allow another app..."

5.  Click on Browse and navigate to %AppData%\ZohoDocs\bin\

6.  Select the ZohoDocs.EXE to add to the list of allowed apps

7.  Change the setting of the app to only allow private connections (for security reasons)

8.  Click OK at the bottom of the window when finished.

9.  Quit from the Sync agent and open it again
