Windows 10 Mail Client - Attachment download error

Windows 10 Mail Client - Attachment download error

I am using ActiveSync with Windows 10 Mail app. While the emails sync I keep getting the error "We couldn't download one or more of the attachments. Please try again later.".

I have tried to delete the account, reset up the account and also have tried disabling and enabling mail sync. Nothing seems to be working. 

Mail app version : Version 17.8241.40785.0
Windows version : 1703. Build version : 15063.413.
