Windows Phone Error 8500201B

Hi,

I just moved over from my shared hosting to Zoho - everything is working great, except for two things:

1. ActiveSync doesn't work with Outlook 2013 - I assume you do not support desktop clients at this time? (It's not a train-smash; IMAP is sufficient for my laptop.)

2. My Windows Phone 8.1 device cannot connect to the server. It gives me the following error code: 8500201B. I have tried looking up the code, but no such luck. ActiveSync is enabled on my mail account.

Like I said, I'm not so worried about number one - but I need ActiveSync on my phone. Any idea what that error code means?
