Winter time change

Dear team,

Last Sunday, many countries (but USA) have switched to winter time. This means that these countries (including most of Europe) had their clocks adjusted to have one hour less.

I have my CRM based on Mexico time. This country has also switched to winter time. However, this does not seem to be taken into account by your system: I am receiving my scheduled reports one hour earlier. I bet that same issue is arising for reminders.

Could you please take a look and adjust? The planet is not centered around USA and their habits.
