Hello, and a happy new year 2026! Let's hope it's better for everyone.
I'd like to share some thoughts on Zoho One and what could be useful in the short, medium, and long term. Some things are already there, but not applied to Zoho One. Others seem like a natural consequence of what Zoho One offers.
- Unified calendar: being able to have a calendar (like the CRM one), but also with Zoho Mail events included (the same goes for Zoho Mail tasks, which remain separate). An implementation in Zoho Flow could also be considered (New event or task flow in Zoho Mail, Create event or task in CRM). It wouldn't be a bad idea to add projects and desk tasks to the same calendar (due to).
Action Panel: This could be very useful, but it would also be helpful to be able to filter which tasks to display with filters.
Custom modules in spaces: being able to display data from custom modules, allowing for filtering of views.
Latest CRM Next Gen UI updates for Zoho One: specifically, the ability to have horizontal views in the grid view, rather than in the drop-down menu.
Introducing Workqueue in CRM: this would be very important for having a "task list" of what's happening and upcoming actions.
Daily to-do summary: perhaps it will arrive with the Zia AI Agents, which we're all waiting for.
Zoho Tables for EU: this would be very useful for us, it would significantly change things in terms of quick data management. If there was also a direct mapping with Zoho CRM (not through Flow, but like with other Zoho apps), it would be a real game-changer for us.
