With the Standard Plan can I add additional "from" email address

With the Standard Plan can I add additional "from" email address

If I am the only user but upgrade from the free to standard plan, can I add another email address as a "from" to my templates?  This addtional "From" email address would be the only purpose the the address and would not use or administrate the CRM.  Thanks.
