Hi from the UK,

I set up a new computer yesterday and today I am unable to merge an existing Word Template, on either the new or old computer.

Basically, I select the Template then select the Contact and click Merge. All that happens is a blank page is shown with the Zoho Window asking me to select the Template to Merge. 

As of yesterday this was working. 

Really need to get this sorted as soon as possible.
