Wordpres@ email keeps getting blocked!

I have emailed Zoho support about this issue before but I still have not heard back.

We use buddypress on our website and Zoho is our sole email client. Therefore, we use a wordpress@domain.com account to send out our activation/ lost password as well as contact form emails.

However, this account got automatically blocked from outgoing mail due to the fact that they thought this was advertising/ marketing related.

It has now been over a week since this issue and I have not heard back from support. We get 2-3 new registrations per day which is not even a huge amount. Having this email account down severely impacts our business and from the T&Cs we are not doing anything that is not allowed.

What do I therefore need to do to unblock the outgoing emails from this address?
