Wordpress - Administrator access only?

Wordpress - Administrator access only?

Hi All,

I've followed the installation guides and have noted when trying to run tests that the chat window only appears on our website if I'm logged into Wordpress as an administrator? When viewing our website not logged into Wordpress, either from a different external network, mobile phone with data or even an incognito window it doesn't show, it's only when I'm logged into Wordpress the widget is available?
