WordPress domain registration with Zoho

seems I am having a problem with the domain verification.Any help would be very appreciated - thanks in advance!!!
I would liek
to use Zoho with WordPress. I have registered a zoho account .
I have registered and then followed the instructions given here: https://wordpress.com/support/add-email/add-email-through-zoho-mail/ and here: https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/adminconsole/wordpress.html
and those given in the control panel during the process. Both are of
course basically the same, while the former is more specifical for
WordPress.
WordPress said I had added Zoho successfully and would
have to wait for about an hour for you to confirm the domain. When I click the Green "Confirm per CNAME" bbutton, I get
this (translated from German):
It says that CNAME-confirmation has failed and
that there is no CNAME entry for my domain. It recommends adding the
suggested entry (zmverify.zoho.eu) or try another way.
In my DNS settings in WordPress the CNAME entry says:
"zb******.pustablon.com Alias von zmverify.zoho.com"
I
noted that other than it says on your site it mentions zmverify.zoho.com
instead of zmverify.zoho.eu. Could that be causing the problem? If it
is, how can I change that manually?
When I look up the domain in the tool box, under CNAME there are no entries.
What can I do to fix this? I appreciate any support and advice very much. Please let me know if you need further information.
