Wordpress theme to Zoho theme conversion.

I am currently having trouble with your entire themes section. I want a one page website and went through few wordpress themes. I loved those. Is there a way to bring those here? I am not a developer, so please put it in a sense that i can understand.

Or are there any sites that produce Zoho templates?
