Wordpress Website Form - How to append multiple product enquiries from same lead

Hello,

Can you tell me whether the following is possible?

1. To have all our product enquiries pushed from a form on our Wordpress website to Zoho CRM (we currently do this using Gravity Forms and Zoho CRM plugin)

2. MOST IMPORTANT - if a customer submits multiple enquiries (based on same email address) we want to 'append' each enquiry to the Lead record, via notes or tasks etc. so we have one Lead/Customer record but can see all their enquiries in one place.

Currently we use the Gravity / Zoho CRM plugin and it just loses any subsequent enquiry info (leads) if it is from an exisiting Lead or Customer.

I have looked into replacing Gravity Forms with a Zoho Form but how do I pass the product ID through to the Zoho Form, so we know what the customer is enquiring about?

I cannot see any way of looking for/passing an id from Wordpress to Zoho (and ultimately into Zoho CRM)

I am very new to Zoho Forms so maybe I am missing something?
