I am looking for a simple and effective way to capture contact information from leads generated on my Wordpress website.

I want to be able to make the form look how I want it, the form builder in Zoho CRM is a bit too simple, so I am looking for other options.

What options do I have for creating Web Forms, having them on my Wordpress site, and pushing that information inputted to Zoho CRM?

Is there a major Wordpress Plugin that people use? Does Wordpress simply require a link or a line of code to link a form built in Wordpress to Zoho CRM? Is it better to utilize the form builder in Zoho CRM?

What have other CRM users found works the best for capturing lead contact information on a Wordpress site?

What does Zoho Support team suggest I do?
