Hi
I have set up a time based workflow rule which monitors contract end dates.
It will send an email to the client 120 before the end of a contract to alert them to review their contract.
The criteria for this is a contract end date field being entered and a contract status of live.
My question is two fold.
How does Zoho monitor the workflow? Does is set the record to having a workflow rule active at the point the rule is initiated or does it scan the database every day to check for any workflow rules.
If it is the former then is there any reporting to show the records which are part of the workflow process and regardless is there any reporting of actions that have been taken as a result of a workflow rule, essentially an audit trial.
