I need a Work flow rule  that need to set when field is changed and should apply only on single record.

i.e when field (status) is updated/changed in Lead,  it should call webhook on only respective Lead that is changed, Right now condition is  setup in zoho on "All Leads" or "Leads that is matching condition. i want the rule to apply on current lead which is changed and then call webhook but not on all leads or leads matching condition.(simply rule should apply only on "Lead"(singular) not "Leads"(not on plural)
