Work Flow triggers -

Hi

My work flow triggers are not doing what I need them to do; is there a way to trigger a work flow event when a specific field changes to a predefined value?

I have a work flow monitoring a new field called Evaluation Stage - when it sees a specific stage, say "Evaluation email 2 sent", it sets up some tasks and sends me an update email. - Fantastic, it works perfectly.

However - if I change ANY other field in this Potential the same work flow triggers again - just because the record has changed and the monitored field (Evaluation Stage) is still saying "Evaluation email 2 sent".

Is there any way to only fire the flow trigger when I CHANGE the Evaluation Stage.
